View shipment details and status online. Trace your shipments based on parameters such as pickup date, delivery date, origin, destination, and shipment reference numbers. View active and pending shipments as well as your shipment history.
Document Imaging
View and print important documents associated with your shipment such as Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and lumper receipts. Simply locate the shipment through the tracing function, click on it and retrieve the attached documents located at the bottom of the load information screen.
Online Freight Charges
View freight charges and detailed load information for your shipments. Locate the shipment through the tracing function, click on it and view shipment details including any related freight charges.
Email Notifications
No time to worry about your shipment status? Have pickup or delivery confirmations sent directly to your email! Our system will automatically send you an email alerting you that your shipment has been picked-up or delivered. Contact us at info@amtransportonline.com if you would like to receive pick-up or delivery notifications.
Web Tools have been designed to provide our customers with enhanced customer service over the web 24 hours per day. We have additional Web Tools coming in the near future so be sure to check back.
